Let me give you a little rundown.

In the mid-2000s, I retired from my first love—professional baseball. It was heartbreaking (but maybe we can get into that later).

Once I left the only profession I had ever known, I needed to find another way to win in life. I knew I was meant for more than where I was... which, at the time, was broke, $50,000 in debt, with literally $250 to my name. I was sleeping on my parents’ couch and borrowing money for food.

I started my first business—an online and offline baseball training academy—where I helped many students go on to play Division 1 baseball, and some even made it to pro ball and the major leagues, like Tyrone Taylor.

But I was burnt out. I knew my body couldn’t last forever doing that, so I turned to the family business: real estate sales. My grandfather was a broker and agent trainer. My grandmother was a killer listing agent. My mother and father both bought and sold real estate. My brother is still in the lending side of the business to this day.

And wouldn’t you know it—right when I got into real estate, the market completely crashed.

Needless to say, it was very hard. But I battled through and finally got my business up to where I was selling five houses a month. Then something hit me—two close friends pulled me aside and said, “Why don’t you get out of real estate? You’re miserable.”

At that time, I was doing role plays and accountability sessions with partners who were killing it because of the conversations we were having—and I was loving how those conversations were leading to massive success in their lives.

So I decided to embark on another reinvention.

In 2011-ish, I started working for Tom Ferry. I began as a salesperson and exploded—breaking records inside the company.

Then Tom and the executive team promoted me to sales leader to teach all their salespeople to sell like I was. Then they promoted me again to Director of Sales for all of North America. In that role, I helped the company explode once again, becoming the dominant player in the real estate coaching space. At that point, I was promoted yet again to be a top coach and speaker in the company. I traveled the country changing lives and breaking records from stage.

But like all things, it had to come to an end.

I decided to leave the company and blaze my own path.

And since 2015, I’ve been coaching, training, and inspiring agents to have their own breakthroughs in life.

As of writing this, I estimate I’ve coached and trained somewhere around 40,000+ people to higher levels of income, happiness, and life fulfillment. 90% of those being real estate professionals (since that’s where my roots are), and the rest being people who also wanted to coach, speak, and share their message with the world.

If you asked me, “Why should I coach with you out of all the other coaches out there?”—I’d say this:

I’ve got a strong track record with six-figure agents who want to become dominant market leaders. As of now, about 67% of my clients grow their businesses from six figures a year to six figures a month—within about 3–4 months of working together.

BUT BUT BUT…
That is not my favorite part of the work I do.

What lights me up is the happiness, power, and ultimately the freedom that comes into their lives as a result of working together.
