I've been really fascinated by this idea of anchors and engines, lately, anchors, and engines meaning, you know, there just seems to be some things that when we collide with them when we align with them. They're either an anchor, or an engine. And I suspect sometimes they're, they can be neither right they can be neither an anchor or an engine and just be neutral. But the thing, the reason I'm making this this little training for you right now is because likely there's, there's things that you've been aligning with that are either your engine they propel you wham, they just make you go they inspire you, there's just this freedom, there's this flow there's this Easy Effortless energy. That just helps you get in the zone. And then there's other things that you will align with, and even though you want them in your life or even though, you want that kind of strategy. It's an anchor. The times we're in right now a lot of people are getting into what I call a complacency coma. A complacency coma where they're going through their daily life, they're doing what they do and they're just settling, and it's this, this thing that I teach inside of our mastermind where it's about the slippery slope. You know you you, in psychology, I don't know if you guys know this about me but I actually majored in psychology in college, other than baseball. Baseball is actually what I majored in and then at the end of it they were like you should major in psychology, it's like, love psychology, But it's psychology, there's two very big frames I guess you could call them contexts. One is this thing called the foot in the door technique and the other one's called the at least technique. I don't have time is the biggest lie that business owners tell themselves. We don't I don't have a time. I'm just so busy. And the truth is you may be busy but the truth is also that you do have time. And while you may not have time to do everything you do have time to do everything that's important. So I suspect if you're somebody who has been saying yourself well I'm just too busy, I don't have enough time. David I feel overwhelmed. That's probably because you just haven't prioritized. You've prioritized, or you. You have just been subject to other people's agendas, you feel the need to stop whatever you're doing and go handle somebody else's agenda.
